Stair Wall Repair
The side wall on my stairs which was faux stone, was pulling away from the side creating a gap between the stone and the wall. Water was leaking inside the gap and I wanted it repaired as well as my steps.

Dwight was the stone mason who came to repair and he did a great job. He was able to provide a solution to a bad situation. He finished the job quickly and his attention to detail was impressive. He ended up parging the side walls of my steps and fixing some the steps in need.

The whole team did a great job, Hayden provided helpful information and assured me it could be done quickly, Andy was able to schedule me in right away to do the repair.

Flagstone Porch Repair
Our flagstone porch had many loose stones and the grout was crumbling. We were in great need of a repair. Greg came by and quoted the job. He was on time and very knowledgeable.

He followed up with a quote promptly. It wasn’t the cheapest but given the company reviews we decided to proceed.

Dwight came to do the job – he was on time and worked tirelessly into the evening. He took great pride in his work and did a fantastic job.

Overall a very positive experience with A&A. They delivered on what they promised. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

Banas Stone Front Steps
We had never dealt with this company. Overall they met and exceeded our expectations – timely, as promised and without overages.

Their quotation was quick and clearly laid out. The team which came out with Moises as their manager did a great job – the team was easy to work with and clean, and finished the project to our satisfaction.

Front Patio Refurbishment
A&A Masonry re-levelled the paving stones of our front patio, and extended a small retaining wall at our house.

The communication and professionalism was outstanding, they did an excellent job. A year later one of the old material stones was crumbling, and A&A Masonry stood behind their work and repaired it through the warranty.

We couldn’t be happier with their service.

Front Stairs Concrete
Removal And Rebuild
A&A were a wonderful company to work with, Maryanna was an excellent client liaison, always quick to respond and providing us with up-to-date quotes and information, as well as knowledgable design recommendations.

We had a very difficult project (busy street, small space, intensive concrete removal), but the team were quick to problem solve on their feet completed everything efficiently and professionally.

We couldn’t be happier with the final results—our staircase and new retaining wall look amazing as does the interlock on the landing and driveway. Will definitely be working with

Porch Concrete Repair
We had a porch done by Patterned Concrete over 15 years ago, topped with natural stone. The natural stone has been repaired once before but after 3 years needed further repairs and work plus some additional work around the porch area.

From Hayden who came out to do the assessment to Joe who coordinated and Tara who came to do the initial work A&A Masonry was outstanding – professional and high quality work.

We had minor incident after the work was done and after a call to Joe, Jon came by to do the repair and just did an awesome job – responding quickly and taking care of things.

Excellent work and a great team that stands behind what they do.

So happy!
Our house was badly in need of a new front landing and a step to the side door. A&A Masonry came to the rescue.

We consulted with Maryanna and she found our preferred interlock, even though it was late in the season. I received an email a day prior to the expected installation.

The date had to be changed due to inclement weather but Justin always responded quickly to queries and kept us posted as to the eventual installation date. Bill and Thomas arrived when they said they would.

They were professional, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. We had a discussion about whether to keep part of the old edging or replace it and Bill was ready to hop in his truck and get the necessary pieces, if we chose to go with all new curbs. In the end, we kept some of the old curbs but I really appreciated Bill’s willingness to step up, if need be.

The side step was a huge, solid, heavy piece of slate and I was impressed how the guys worked out a way to move it into place. It was also reassuring how well Bill and Thomas worked together, there was never a discouraging word between them.

We are really pleased with the results, I would unreservedly recommend A&A Masonry and call on them for any other masonry work. Thanks, guys!

Top Quality Installation
A&A did a great job on my front porch and walkway. I converted my walkway from interlock to sandstone and also laid sandstone on my porch. A job that required laying cement, dogging out the old sand, laying down a lot of stone. All done with accurate care.

The job started with Nigel coming out to provide me an accurate quote on the work and materials. They made it easy for me to buy the material from one of the better known suppliers in the area. Not a Mickey Mouse operation.

A&A is very professional from Nigel and Libby on sales and contract support to Joe scheduling the crews days in advance, organizing my bin for material removal, all done on the dates they stated upfront. This is very reliable.

Then the crew lead by Eduardo was great. Why? He has experience on many many jobs and he applied that experience to my project. Laying down a pattern, designing the stairs to make my porch look great. He discussed all key decisions with me in advance and have me options. In the end Eduardo was very prompt each day starting by 8am and working his butt off in 35 degree heat to get the job done quickly and with high quality no cutting corners. He kept the site clean and organized.

After each day he and his crew kept things clean and tidy. Very professional. Never had to worry. Below are before and after pictures. The after pictures are minutes after the job was done. That’s how clean Eduardo left this site!

Re-construction and rejuvenation of interlock driveway, front patio and steps
Our 7-year-old interlock driveway, front patio and steps were suffering from disintegrating coping stones, shifting main blocks and a retaining wall that was collapsing. I sent out an E-mail summary of the problems to five companies.

A&A Masonry answered in a few hours and connected me with one of their designers, Maryanna who called me the next morning and who was at my home assessing matters by noon! She analyzed the problems in conjunction with the owner of the company, Al, and his son, Justin, who was assigned as my project manager.

Work began less than a week later when the masons, Benny and Llokatelli, started work.

They were talented and hard-working, completing the job in two weeks. Most days it was just the two of them but they added reinforcements as required. They also offered creative suggestions that greatly improved the results, as did Al and Justin who visited the site every day.

Al in particular has a wealth of experience which he shared generously. One rarely finds this concentration of competence and experience.

My wife and I were greatly impressed with the result. So are many of our neighbour’s. If you can get this company to work on your project, consider yourselves lucky. The price was fair. The work was exceptional.

Stonework repair front steps
We were extremely impressed with the repair job to our front steps. A&A were in our neighbourhood and we asked them to give us a quote.

Jonathan did the job in one day and the finished product was amazing. He was professional, clean and very friendly.

Repair Flagstone on Front Porch
A&A is a company that is true to its word and very efficient, professional and quick to respond. I had to get some repair work done to my front porch which was under warranty.

The material in between the flagstone needed repair. A&A responded immediately to my need. Jonathan was assigned to my job. He kept me updated as too when he would be able to do my job. Jonathan did a great job.

He was very professional, explained what he was doing and he was extremely neat. He was also very respectful of social distancing.
